Aim to do the 3 minute breathing space three times a day to switch out of autopilot, from a state of ‘doing’ into ‘being’ (mindful presence) and see what you notice about your mind and body. This practice creates an opportunity to be mindful in the midst of our busy lives, regulate and restore balance to body systems and become more aware of the nature of our thinking, to support our health, wellbeing and performance potential. - Gary Young.
